At Luno Creative Studio, LLC, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your crafting party. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our cancellation policy below.

 

HOST RESPONSIBILITIES​

​

Communication between Luno Creative Studio, LLC, and host is key to ensuring all the event details go as smoothly as possible. In the event the host fails to provide the corresponding approvals, feedback, or payment within a period of 5 business days, Luno Creative Studio reserves the right to:

​

  • Terminate the client agreement.

  • Retain all payments made to date.

 

REFUNDS

​

If you need to cancel your crafting party due to unforeseen circumstances. Please review the details below:

 

Full Refund

  • Eligibility: Cancel no less than 7 business days prior to the crafting party.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee and the costs of any party expenses or materials already purchased for the event.

 

Partial Refund

  • Eligibility: Cancel within 5-6 business days prior to the crafting party.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a 50% refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee and the costs of any party expenses or materials already purchased for the event.

 

No Refund

  • Eligibility: Cancellations made less than 4 business days before the event.

  • Refund Amount: Non-refundable, as we have already set aside resources for your craft party.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
